We invite you to accurately read through important information on JAMIMA’S
merchandise and follow up on JAMIMA’S

Exchange Only Policy:

  • Contact us as soon as possible if you decide to exchange a JAMIMA’S merchandise within 5 days of the date the item was received.
  • Swimsuit (s) – or other JAMIMA’S merchandise – that was sold at regular price can be exchanged only if they are UNUSED, UNWORN, UNWASHED and CLEAN.
  • Exchanges are only acceptable in case of different size, same price but not different style; it is not possible to exchange for sold out items.
  • Keep the swimsuit (s) – or other JAMIMA’S merchandise – in the original packing, do not remove original hangtags.
  • More importantly, do not remove the sanitary stickers from swimsuits.
  • Merchandise purchased on sale or discounted cannot be exchanged.

Refund, Return And Shipping Guidelines


  • Regrettably, JAMIMA’S swimsuits are nonrefundable.


  • If our customer receives an incorrect item, please inform us by emailing us at within 48 hours of the time the item was received – only in this case of returns shipping charges will be refunded, please kindly note JAMIMA’S reserves the right to use and refund standard shipping only.
  • JAMIMA’S reserves the right to refuse the package or return the merchandise back to the sender, by standard shipping only, if the merchandise is damaged or if it is not in the same conditions as it was originally shipped.


  • As our customer, you are responsible for all shipping charges.
    Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
  • If you have decided to change a JAMIMA’S bikini(s), please follow these simple steps:

Step 1 – Exchange Confirmation Number

Send us an email at 5 days of receiving the merchandise to request an exchange confirmation number.

Step 2 – Exchange Form

Once you have received our exchange confirmation number please fill out the exchange form (LINK TO THE FORM).

Step 3 – Pack & Check Merchandise

Pack the merchandise securely, be sure that it has been kept according to JAMIMA’S Exchange Only Policy mentioned above. JAMIMA’S reserves the right to refuse an exchange of merchandise if it has been returned in a non-saleable condition or is damaged in accordance with our Exchange Only Policy – please refer to the above points 1 to 6 of the JAMIMA’S Exchange Only Policy – in case of online orders, if the merchandise does not full filling the JAMIMA’S Exchange Only Policy mentioned on the above policy points 1 to 6, we will have to regrettably sent back to you the merchandise and we may request that you pay for the shipping costs.

Step 4 – Ship & Return Of The Merchandise

Send us the merchandise within 5 days after receiving the exchange confirmation number and enclose the exchange form – if the exchange number is not written on the form, we will regrettably be unable to exchange the merchandise.

Step 5 – Tracking Of Packing Step 5 – Tracking Of Packing

We strongly recommend you to track your packing. We will contact you as soon as we receive your merchandise and confirm if it is in good conditions and if it does apply for exchanging according to JAMIMA’S Exchange Only Policy mentioned on the above policy points 1 to 6.

We will proceed to ship your order within 1-5 business days after we have received your item and you will receive a shipment confirmation by email from JAMIMA’S.
