¿How to exchange?

You have 30 days from the date of shipment to make the change of your bikini in Jamimas.com.

Changes are made through ordinary mail, you can go to the post office closest to you, it will be processed within a maximum period of 15 working days, the articles must meet the conditions stipulated for its return.

Refund

Once the product has been received at our facilities, we will proceed to refund the amount paid LESS BANK COMMISSIONS AND SHIPPING COSTS by bank transfer.

The returned items must meet all the specifications and requirements for the refund, you can find more information about the Policy of Changes and Returns or the right of withdrawal in our Terms of purchase .

The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, they are not refundable under any circumstances. In case of damage or receiving the wrong goods Jamima's Swimwear will be responsible for shipping costs. Special Conditions

Our bikinis, due to their special characteristics, have to meet the following conditions in order to be returned:

  1. The bikinis must be in its original state and without any type of use.
  2. They must have the corresponding tag.
  3. The bottoms should include the hygiene sticker.
  4. Without any type of washing or damage.
  5. They must be returned in the same package.

Defective or Incorrect Item

We solve any query regarding defective items directly, our Bikinis are of high quality and recycled material, so we give our full attention in case of any damage.

If the product has a defect or we have not sent the correct one please contact us through contact@jamimas.com, If you prefer you can also contact us through livechat where will we be there to answer your questions.

Please note that if you make the defective or incorrect request within 48 hours of receiving the order Jamima's Swimwear NO CHARGE OF SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE CHARGED.

  2. The name of the article.
  3. Description of the defect.
