Send us an email at email@example.com 5 days of receiving the merchandise to request an exchange confirmation number.
Once you have received our exchange confirmation number please fill out the exchange form (LINK TO THE FORM).
Pack the merchandise securely, be sure that it has been kept according to JAMIMA’S Exchange Only Policy mentioned above. JAMIMA’S reserves the right to refuse an exchange of merchandise if it has been returned in a non-saleable condition or is damaged in accordance with our Exchange Only Policy – please refer to the above points 1 to 6 of the JAMIMA’S Exchange Only Policy – in case of online orders, if the merchandise does not fulfill the JAMIMA’S Exchange Only Policy mentioned on the above policy points 1 to 6, we will have to regrettably sent back to you the merchandise and we may request that you pay for the shipping costs.
Send us the merchandise within 5 days after receiving the exchange confirmation number and enclose the exchange form – if the exchange number is not written on the form, we will regrettably be unable to exchange the merchandise.
We strongly recommend you to track your packing. We will contact you as soon as we receive your merchandise and confirm if it is in good conditions and if it does apply for exchanging according to JAMIMA’S Exchange Only Policy mentioned on the above policy points 1 to 6.
We will proceed to ship your order within 1-5 business days after we have received your item and you will receive a shipment confirmation by email from JAMIMA’S.
